Obituary
Mary E. Franck, 88, of Macomb, passed away, Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at her home.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Monday, January 24, 2022, at the Rock Island National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m., Monday at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.
Mary was born on March 8, 1933, in Moline, the daughter of Herman and Evelyn (Schott) Wiklund. She married Willi H. Franck on May 14, 1954, in Rock Island. He preceded her in death in January of 2001. Mary previously worked as an accountant for the Franck Cabinet Shop in Rock Island. She had a beautiful collection of Waterford Crystal, Hummel figurines and Precious Moments figurines. She liked to spend her time tending to the family home.
Survivors include sons, Eric Franck, and Todd Franck; daughter, Cindy Rylander; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and sister, Sandy Ohrn.
She was preceded in death by her husband and 3 sisters.
